This policy describes what DentalAtlas collects, why it is collected, and how to have it removed. Last updated September 16, 2026.
Directory data
Tool records store dated observations with source links: vendor, official website, pricing notes, PMS integrations, free-tier and language statements, and FDA device records where they exist. These are public facts, not personal data.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you submit the Dental AI Brief form we store your email address, the consent timestamp, the first-party DentalAtlas path you submitted from, the subscription status, and the privacy-policy version you agreed to. Email ownership is unverified and no newsletter email is currently sent. We do not share the subscriber list with an email provider in this phase.
Removal and retention
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Write to [email protected] to be removed. Unsubscribed records keep only the minimum needed to honor the request and prevent accidental resubscription.
Security and cookies
Subscription forms use an image verification challenge, and unsubscribe tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. The site sets no advertising, analytics, or cross-site cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
